HR / Office Manager
- Charity has experience in performing various human resource roles such as facilitating recruitment processes, organizing training and developing seminars for staff, processing of staff leaves, organizing staff welfare programs, analyzing data and generate reports, memos, and other correspondence relevant to management decisions.
- Key responsibilities include maintenance of GFA’s general administrative processes and systems such as keeping of records, scheduling meetings, and management of the company’s filing system, management and disbursement of petty cash as well as billings to clients.
- She joined GFA Consulting Ltd in October 2018.
- Education: Human Resource Information System – HRIS (Professional Training Short Course) Global Institute of Resource Development – GIRD, Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management Option) Wisconsin International University College, Tertiary Diploma in Marketing – University of Professional Studies.
- Prior to joining GFA, she served as an Administration Officer at Feniks Limited, where she was involved in the day-to-day administrative duties of the company.
