MEST Scale, in partnership with CCI France Ghana, ABSA Bank, and Mastercard Foundation, arranged the second Value Chain Huddle, which took place on September 28, 2023, at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. Giving attendees an opportunity to engage with key participants in their current value chain was the event’s main goal. In an era of rapid innovation and change, staying ahead of the curve is essential for both the banking and agriculture industries. Mrs Carole Ramella, our CEO, had the privilege of speaking on the Fintech panel about significant topics and the direction that agriculture and finance are taking.

The Fintech panel discussions tackled issues facing the industry, such as the constantly changing regulatory environment and cybersecurity risks. Discussions also highlighted the numerous opportunities that are created by the fintech industry and how it can address some of the pressing challenges faced by Africa.
